A&H Logistics Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions
1. Service Description A&H Logistics (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Service”) to communicate with our drivers, contractors, and employees. The Service provides logistics coordination, including load assignments, pick-up/delivery confirmations, settlement updates, and safety alerts.
2. Consent By providing your mobile phone number to A&H Logistics during the driver onboarding process or via our website, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from us. You agree that these messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or purchase.
3. Opt-Out You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. Help If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at dispatch@ahlogistics.com or by calling our office.
5. Fees and Frequency Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages periodically based on load volume and operational needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
